My Five Star Review:
Do you ever go to read the second book in a series and wonder, just for a second, if maybe it won't live up to your expectations? What if it's not as good as the first one? TRUST me, you have absolutely NOTHING to worry about with Reckoning! OMG!! I feel like there are no words to describe the awesomeness that is this book!! It's freaking PHENOMENAL!! My emotions were everywhere! I had no idea where the story would lead me.....I just knew that I couldn't wait to get there! I loved every second of this rollercoaster book!!
In Reckoning, we get to hear from Vincent's POV also, and let me tell you, Vincent's thoughts and struggles are intense! There is so much more to him and this story that you ever thought! Things are not always as they seem in Vincent's case.
It took me much longer to read Reckoning than Rising, just for the fact that I never wanted it to end!! I wanted to savor every word, every scene, I could not get enough! Jessica has done an absolute amazing job to the follow to Rising.There is more Vincent, more conflict and more sexy times!!
Now, I'm impatiently waiting for book 3! I cannot come soon enough!!!
This series is an absolute MUST READ!!! Jessica Ruben is officially my favorite new author!! Vincent and Eve my new favorite couple!!!
