Rockstar is the first book that I'v read by Lauren Rowe. I was not disappointed at all!! Her writing is incredible. The way that shes able to bring these characters to life is perfect.
I love stories about rock stars. But usually, they are a man whore who changed their ways once they meet the one. They might have to show the women they love that they've changed. It was so unexpected that this was not the case with Dax Morgan. He meets Violet before he's even made it as a star. Hes sweet and a self proclaimed introvert. I completely fall for him. Music is his life and he's just so loyal to his friends. The chemistry between Violet and Dax is off the charts. You could sense it before they even speak to each other. Though the meet each other right before his leave for his very first tour.
When Dax and Violet run in to each other after his tour and his rise to fame, its so easy to see that they connection is still there. I loved this couple so much. Their story is what fairy tales are made of! Love and passion but so much honesty. I'm already itching to re-read their story. Rockstar is an automatic 5 star read for me! I loved every word of their story.
Something I didn't know was that Dax's siblings (who are hilarious) have their own stories. I have most definitely added these to my TBR.
