My Review:
The Rival Roomies is hands down my favorite of the Rooftop Crew Series. Piper Rayne has become one of my favorite writing duo. They have such a talent for writing rom coms. I’ve been early waiting for Dylan and Rian’s book. You could the sexual tension with a knife between these two. The sweet shy textbook writing Rian and the Uber sexy tattoo artist may not seem like they fit together, but OMG I loved them together. Rian is super smart and I was so blown away by her career. Writing math textbooks, how cool is that?! I’m also a geeky math lover so it I love it.
Enter Jax. He grew up with Knox and Dylan. He was a bit of a surprise. I freaking fell in love with him too.. I really, really hope he sticks around and we get a story for him. He’s dirty and sexy and just might be what Rian needed to actually open her eyes to what her and Dylan could be.
I love this crew. Seth is next in the series and I’m waiting on pins and needles! He makes me laugh. He’s a little dorky and goofy and it makes me love him even more.

My Review:
It’s over and I’m so sad. The Cloverleigh Farm series has turned out to be one of my all time favorite series. This is family so close, loyal and just there for each other.
In this last book we finally get April’s story. I never would have imagine her story to turn out how it has. My heart completely hurts for her. April and Tyler were such good friends through high school and after all these years they still have that pull towards each other. Theirs is not the typical second chance story, but it’s so wonderfully written. They get their chance to be together. They are explosive together. Their bond and past will unite them forever and Tyler just has to see that he is worthy of everything April wants to have with him. He puts so much pressure on himself, it’s hard not to feel for him.
Unforgettable is just that, an unforgettable read. It will leave you thinking about it for hours after. I loved this book so much. Melanie Harlow has created a wonderful world of characters that I never want to leave.

“Baseball was the only thing I ever did that made my dad proud. Without it, what’s left?”
I swallowed hard. “How about the rest of your life? All the amazing things you’re going to do and be? Maybe you can’t see them yet, but I can.”
He turned around and looked at me. Took my face in his hands. “No one has ever seen me the way you do.”

Then his mouth was crushing mine and we were pressed chest to chest, rolling sideways with our arms and legs tangled as we tried to get under each other’s skin. He left my side only for the twenty seconds it took to put a condom on, and then he was back, easing into my body. When he was buried deep, he stopped and looked down at me. “I don’t know what the second act of my life is going to look like, but I know you’re the best part of it.”

My Review:
Through The Lens is the ultimate enemy to lovers romance. Desmond and Maggie have the best story. I was complete hooked from the very beginning. Even though these two had chemistry from their first meeting, things quickly turned sour. They bickered like an old married couple. Desmond is the sexy chef with his own culinary school.
Maggie had she share of embarrassment and uncertainty for her future, which was why she was in Seattle. Now while I did like Maggie, I was a little frustrated with her. Mainly because I loved Desmond so much. Who could be mean to him?
This story was so great. There were a few tears that I shed, but when Maggie and Desmond eventually gave in to each other, their relationship was everything!!
This book is part of a series of standalone books. Under the Bleachers and Up in the Treehouse. You do not need to read those to enjoy this book. I’ve only previously reas Up in the Treehouse and loved catching up with these characters. But I most definitely will be going back to read the other book.

Alcohol is definitely not part of my plan for getting Maggie to loosen up today. What I’m not expecting is for Maggie to take it upon herself to down three shots of White Water vodka in just a few minutes. “Going a little hard there, aren’t you, Mags?” She shrugs as a giggle slips from her sexy throat. “You’re driving, not me.” I chuckle. “That’s presumptuous of you. Who said I was driving you home?” This time, she glares and steps right up until she’s under my nose. “This is a pretty shitty date if you’re not even going to drive me home.” A laugh bursts straight from my chest. “Who said we’re on a date?” She tilts her head and practically purrs. “You did offer me your extra ticket to the game, one you would have otherwise used to bribe one of these poor women to go on a date with you—which, by the way, makes me some sort of saint. So yes, this is a date.” “You going to put out afterwards too?” Her lips curl up at the corners. “Not a chance in hell.” That makes me grin. “Then our definitions of date are very different.” Maggie snorts. “Who are you kidding? We both know you won’t let me find a different ride home after the game.” When she bats her eyes up at me playfully and knowingly, something catches in my chest. We both know she’s not wrong. We walk to the stadium with Monica, Chloe, Gavin, and the rest of our friends. Then we detach when we get to the concession stand near where our seats are. “Want something to eat or drink?” I ask her. Maggie looks up at the board then tells me she wants a beer but nothing else. I order two hot dogs, two beers, and a pretzel, then we make our way to our row. Monica’s seats are an entire section down and to the right of us. “Here.” I shove a hot dog in front of Maggie’s nose. “You should eat something.” She makes a face and pushes the hot dog away. “I can’t eat that. Do you know how many toxins are in that thing?” I shrug and stuff half of a dog into my mouth, chew, swallow, and take a sip of beer. “Probably just as much as those three White Water shots you took back in the beer garden.” “Yeah, well, I’m here, aren’t I? Now you and my sister can shut up about the Seattle experience. After today, not another word.” I grin. “You ain’t seen nothing like it, babe.” “Stop calling me babe.” “Why? I thought you were my date.” She rolls her eyes, causing me to laugh. “Relax,” I say, setting her foil-wrapped hot dog on the cup holder in front of her. “We’re going to have a good time, I’m going to take you home without molesting you, and then you can sleep off your hangover while dreaming about me all night long.” “You are such a cocky one, aren’t you?” I grin. “You have no idea.”

The Teaching Hours is a short, sweet and funny novella. Rex, whom we’ve seen throughout the series, is back to work with the wrestling team. He meets Hannah, from The Lying Hours, on the LoveU app.
I love Hannah. Hot and so awkward around guys. Maybe awkward is the wrong word. She just doesn’t know how to talk to them very good. She’s a very speak her mind kind of girl. Enter Rex. After talking on the app a bit, it’s clear they aren’t making a love connection. But Rex offers to school in her all things dating.
I loved reading is story. Rex completely won me over in the Coaching Hours. I have been wanting him to find a girl for so long!! Great story, i didn’t want it to end!! Must read!!
