Omg!! Just wait until you meet Nora and Gray..
This sexy single dad story will make you swoon. From the very beginning I loved this story. Nora is a teen star trying to make the transition to adult (not THAT type of adult lol) Star. She wants to be viewed and grown up. Grayson is a single dad to the cutest 3 kids.
It’s really impossible not to love Nora. She’s sweet and genuine. Even though she’s a super famous, rich young woman, no of it has gone to her head. She loves those close to her and it shows. Grayson and her hit it off immediately. I love the way they get along so perfectly. And his kids are the sweetest! Nora has a way with them that will just melt your heart.
I loved this book! Wait for Me is truly a must read that you won’t want to put down.

What is all of this?” she asks, flipping through the pages of my chicken scratch.
“Ideas from Marnie.”
“Who’s Marnie?”
“The manager I spoke with. Keep up, Jessa.”
“Sorry. Tell me about her.”
“There isn’t much to tell. She was nice. We talked about what went wrong with Becky, where my career has been, and the direction I want to take it. And get this, she outlined a plan for making it happen. We video conferenced for almost three hours, and I’m really impressed with her.”
“So, what happens now?”
“I told her I’m not ready to go back to LA, and she agreed. I’m going to spend the summer working on some of my own songs for the next album. She’s going to talk with the music execs and make sure they’re on the same page as us.”
“And if they’re not?”
“Then we’ll go somewhere else. They aren’t the only label in town. Anyway, Marnie thinks it’s a good idea to lay low after what happened with Todd—let the media interest die down while she works on putting our plan in motion, and when I go to Todd’s premiere, Marnie and I will meet in person.”
“You still have to go to Todd’s premiere?”
I groan and drop onto the bed beside Jessa. “Unfortunately.”
“That sucks.”
“It is what it is. I shouldn’t have bashed the hell out of his Porsche or stolen his BMW, although it felt great. Lesson learned. Next time I’ll beat up the guy, not the car.”
“Let’s hope there isn’t a next time. I thought your brother was going to lose his mind when you called and told us what happened. He was ready to hop a plane and hunt Todd down.”
I smile at the thought. Nick isn’t a fighter, but I know he’d go head to head if it meant protecting Jessa or me. “Thank you again for letting me crash here.”
“Stop thanking us. You’re family. This is your home too.”
I rest my hand on hers and squeeze it gently. “Love you, Jessa.”
“I hate to break up the chick fest,” Nick says, appearing in the doorway, “but I’m starving.”
“What are you doing home from work?” I ask.
“Didn’t you hear me? I’m starving. I was hoping one of you would make me lunch.”
I give Jessa a nudge. “He’s your husband.”
Nick holds out his hand and pulls Jessa into his arms. The way they look at each other, with stars in their eyes, is absolutely adorable, and also a little disgusting.
They kiss, and Jessa melts. I want what they have.
When Nick deepens the kiss, I throw a pillow at their heads.
“Can you take that into another room, please?”
The two lovebirds laugh and stumble out, but the giggling doesn’t stop. I hear another door shut and then a thump, followed by a moan. I cover my ears and flop back on the bed.
This is going to be a long summer.

I feel like it’s been so long since I read a Helena Hunting book! I’m seriously kicking myself for not diving into the Shacking Up world sooner. I loved Making Up!! Griffin Mills is so adorable. He’s sweet, kind, a little awkward but oh so freaking sexy!!
Griffin and Cosy meet under odd circumstances at Cosy’s work, which make Griffin extremely uncomfortable but it’s so funny to watch him squirm. Cosy and Griffin have Instant chemistry. They fit
Together so perfectly and have the best relationship.
It’s funny and sweet! I couldn’t put the book down and read it in one sitting. I’m definitely going back and reading the other books in this series. Helena is a master at the sweet, rom coms that you’ll never want to end!

We’re a couple of minutes away from my apartment, which also means we’re almost at the end of our date. End-of-date protocol often means a goodnight kiss. And I’ve eaten onions. Lots of them. What the hell was I thinking? I feel around in my shorts pocket, hoping I have a random stick of gum. I find a tiny square packet and pull it out, along with an old tissue. I shove that back in my pocket and sigh with relief as I carefully open the Listerine Pocketpak. There’s one strip left. I pop it in my mouth, wishing I had water since my mouth is dry and I’m suddenly super nervous. Griffin pulls up in front of my apartment building. I swallow a bunch of times, trying to get the strip to dissolve on my tongue and glance out the tinted window, seeing it from his perspective. I don’t live in a bad part of town, but I sure as hell wouldn’t leave this car sitting out here for any length of time unless I wanted it keyed or stripped down. Griffin shifts into park and turns to me, one hand resting on the back of my seat near the headrest. “I had a great time, Cosy.” “Me too, thanks for dinner.” I tried to fork over my share, but he was quick on the credit card draw. “It was my pleasure.” He leans in the tiniest bit, a nonverbal cue that he’s going in for a kiss. I mirror the movement, giving him the go ahead. My stomach flutters in anticipation. I exhale slowly through my nose. Even though the Listerine strip should be doing its job to mask the onions, I don’t want to ruin the moment by breathing that in his face. His fingertips skim my jaw, and I close my eyes. And then his lips brush my cheek. I wait for them to move a couple of inches to the right, but after what feels like a lot of seconds—and is probably only a few—I crack a lid. Griffin is still close, a wry smile on his lips and a smolder in his eyes. “Seriously, that’s it? A kiss on the cheek?” His smile widens, making his eyes crinkle at the corners. He’s nothing like the guys I usually end up on dates with. College boys don’t take things slow. If I were out with one of the guys from school, I’d be sitting in a beat-up Civic with some stupid music playing, and he’d be all over me with his tongue halfway down my throat, copping a feel. “I thought all the onions you ate were the equivalent to garlic for vampires.” Griffin fingers my hair near my shoulder. I’d really like him to finger something else. Wait. I mean I’d like to feel his hands on me. Not in my pants. Okay, maybe I’d like them in my pants, but not after date number one. “I wasn’t thinking, and I really like onions. A lot. In hindsight, it’s not a great date food. I feel kinda dumb. And I guess at first I wasn’t so sure about you. How was I supposed to know you’d actually be kind of normalish?” “Normalish?” “Well, you drink club soda on purpose, so you can’t be all there.” I tap his temple. She had such a hard exterior but underneath she is all warm and loving. She had been dealt a crappy hand with the parents she has and having to raise her brothers and sister. But it shows how huge her heart is, that she would take on the responsibility. Marco is super alpha and so hot he was melting my Kindle. We also got to see my favorite band, Civil Corruption!
